The Director General role for North Territory Health was a highly political and publicised position, carrying significant scrutiny within the local and broader Australian healthcare landscape. Direct, confidential approaches were made to a long list of potential candidates, including an international campaign focusing on returning Australians from overseas appointments.

Transparent communication was a hallmark of our strategy, with weekly reporting to key stakeholders providing detailed overviews and updates leading up to shortlist dates. Shortlist presentations to key stakeholders, either in person or via video conference, offered a comprehensive market overview and framing of presented talent.

Logistical excellence was maintained throughout, with interviews efficiently arranged using C-Suite Partners’ boardrooms across major global cities. C-Suite Partners Managing Partner and Partner of Asia Pacific actively participated in the panel, ensuring a comprehensive assessment process.

Negotiation management was a critical aspect, as we served as a conduit between both parties, facilitating a successful outcome for NT Health.

Personalised feedback was provided to unsuccessful candidates, reinforcing a positive candidate experience. We also managed formalized paperwork in partnership with NT Health, documenting the recruitment process for audit purposes.
