Group Chief Executive Officer – Regional Oncology Group, Singapore
C-Suite Partners is proud to commence the search for the significant position of Group Chief Executive Officer – Regional Oncology Group to be based in Singapore. 
The Group Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for creating a leading regional oncology group in Asia by way of organic growth, M&A, partnerships, and leading the organisation through consolidation of existing operating companies within the group. 
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the current portfolio of companies across Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines includes multiple subspecialty clinics that will be brought together to form a Regional Oncology Group. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Growth: Development, implementation & monitoring of a strategic plan for the Group ensuring long term, sustainable growth via organic growth and M&A activities.
  • Dr Relationships: build and foster strong relationships with the specialist across the group
  • Culture of Excellence: Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among staff, promoting patient-centered care and innovation in healthcare.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, government entities, and community partners.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Cultivate a collaborative culture to promote inclusivity, productivity and behaviour that aligns with the Group’s values.
Key Requirements:
  • Executive healthcare leadership: Proven track record as a Group CEO or Group COO within the healthcare industry leading a large, complex, geographically dispersed workforce across multi-site operations.
  • A successful track record in building and growing strong relationships with specialist Doctors and a strong network across Asia.
  • Motivational leader: Exceptional leadership skills, known for motivating teams to achieve organisational goals and excellence with hands-on experience of building and growing successful teams within a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated experience in formulating and implementing operational growth strategies for healthcare organisations.
  • Effective Communicator: Highly developed EQ, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging diverse stakeholders collaboratively. A commitment to enhancing the Group’s strong culture.
