We are seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives across both C-Suite Partners and Strategia. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and digital marketing expertise, with the successful candidate working closely with the Head of Operations and leadership team to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management – Plan, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn and other platforms to maintain a consistent, professional brand presence.
- Marketing Coordination – Assist in planning and executing campaigns, email marketing (MailChimp), social media, and content strategies.
- Content Development – Support the creation of blog posts, presentations, digital assets, and marketing collateral.
- Website & SEO Support – Assist with website updates and implement SEO best practices to optimise online visibility.
- Event Coordination – Manage event logistics, including scheduling, promotional activities, speaker engagement, and attendee management.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor marketing performance metrics across C-Suite Partners and Strategia, providing monthly reports to assess effectiveness.
- Market Research – Conduct industry and competitor research to support marketing strategies and business growth initiatives.
- Vendor & Agency Liaison – Act as the primary point of contact for external marketing and operational service providers.
- 2-3 years of marketing, communications, or digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B, professional services, or technology sectors.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Suite or similar is a plus).
- Familiarity with email marketing/CRM platforms (MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, ideally with experience in B2B startups, executive search, or healthcare sectors.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of projects and delivering results.
