Our firm partners with the private, public and not-for-profit healthcare and life science sectors around the world to transform organisations across Executive Talent, Leadership and Advisory. We have a career defining opportunity for an experienced recruitment/executive search consultant with proven success in business development to play an integral role in leading our Partnerships and growth strategy. As a member of the C-Suite Partners leadership team, the role will be responsible for: 
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities, business development and joint ventures. 
  • Building relationships with senior executives across the healthcare market in Asia Pacific. 
  • Pitching and closing new strategic partnerships. 
  • Working closely with our finance, research, and marketing teams to develop commercial arrangements and tender responses. 
  • Educating our clients and executives on our new products and services. 
Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, the Director of Partnerships will be the key point of contact globally for commercial partners, ensuring all parties are effectively leveraging the partnerships agreements to deliver on ROI. 
  
Key Requirements: 
  • Significant experience in recruitment and/or Executive Search working with C-level clients. 
  • Background and experience in business development, partnerships or account management at a senior level. 
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead to close. 
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills. 
  • A flair for developing presentations and presenting to senior leaders. 
  • Commercially minded and results driven. 
  • Customer focused professional with high EQ. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and experience negotiating, networking, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
